National Service

Each year, Vester Oil Mills is proud to open its doors to National Service Personnel (NSPs) from a diverse array of university students across Ghana, welcoming them to join our team for the program year, which runs from July to September.

At Vester, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where young, talented individuals can cultivate both their soft skills and technical expertise.

This is more than just a service year; it’s a stepping stone towards building a meaningful career in the agro-industry.

As a part of our NSP program, participants will have the chance to collaborate closely with our seasoned project engineers and managers. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in both the development of ongoing projects and the initiation of new ventures.
