Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee the administrative functions of our organization and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

As the Administrative Manager at Vester Oil Mills Limited, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and supplies.
  • Manage administrative staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain records and databases, including employee files and company assets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

About You

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual with a strong background in administration and office management. The ideal candidate should be 55 years old or above and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. While specific qualifications and experiences are preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to contribute to our mission.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Masters/MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in administrative roles, with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
