Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Officer. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in promoting our premium oil products and further enhancing our brand presence both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Officer at Vester Oil Mills Limited, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our range of oil products.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product expansion and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and materials.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and website content.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners.
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food industry. The ideal candidate should be 55 years old or above and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. While specific qualifications and experiences are preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to contribute to our mission.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Masters/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Creative flair and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
